About me
I work with individuals and couples who are eager for change and willing to explore the underlying causes of their challenges to create meaningful transformations.

As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, I offer in-person sessions in my Atwater Village office as well as telehealth options for individuals across California.
Approach
My style is nonjudgemental, relational and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help empower my clients to connect more deeply with themselves in order to achieve their goals. I provide interpretations and observations to challenge deeply engrained patterns of thinking.

I believe each individual inherently possesses the necessary strengths and abilities to overcome their obstacles. As a therapist, my role is to aid you in recognizing and leveraging these innate resources, empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex-positive.
