I received training at Hillside Wellness Center in Sherman Oaks. I hold my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
I am currently completing training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
I am currently practicing under the supervision of Gaea Woods, LMFT #117978.
ABOUT ME
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, shame, life changes, patterns of difficult personal relationships, and provide support to couples in revitalizing and strengthening their relationships.
I also specialize in working with individuals on issues such as addiction recovery and harm reduction, sexual assault, and trauma.
As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, I offer both in-person and Telehealth services, catering to patients across California, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for those seeking help.

My style is relational and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help empower my clients to connect more deeply with themselves in order to achieve their goals.
Employing a psychodynamic framework, I use an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individual’s unique identity, aspirations, and personal history, fostering a transformative environment for healing and personal growth.
Additional treatment approaches and techniques I incorporate include: narrative therapy, behavior therapy, strength-based approaches, and art therapy techniques, among others.
