About Me

I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life who are eager for change and willing to explore the underlying causes of their challenges to create meaningful transformations.
I am currently practicing at Los Feliz Psychotherapy in our Atwater Village offices, and am able to provide sessions both in person and virtually to residents of California.
I hold my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. I have completed EMDR training through The Institute Of Creative Mindfulness and am a member of CAMFT.
Approach
My style is nonjudgemental, relational and collaborative.
I believe each individual inherently possesses the necessary strengths and abilities to overcome their obstacles. My role is to aid you in recognizing and leveraging these innate resources, empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Whether working as an individual or couples therapist, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood and gently challenged to grow in therapy.
My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming, and sex-positive.
