About Me

I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life who are eager for change and willing to explore the underlying causes of their challenges to create meaningful transformations.
I am registered in the state of California as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and am based in Los Angeles. I offer in-person sessions in my Atwater Village office, as well as telehealth options for individuals across California.
I hold my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
I am currently practicing at Los Feliz Psychotherapy, under the supervision of Christina Decoux, LMFT #53978 and am a member of CAMFT.
Approach
My style is nonjudgemental, relational and collaborative.
I believe each individual inherently possesses the necessary strengths and abilities to overcome their obstacles. My role is to aid you in recognizing and leveraging these innate resources, empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Whether working as an individual or couples therapist, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood and gently challenged to grow in therapy.
My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming, and sex-positive.
