My practice specializes in supporting individuals struggling with addiction and recovery, sexual trauma, and grief, assisting them in understanding barriers and forging paths toward progress.
Additionally, I have experience aiding those seeking to navigate issues concerning identity, sexuality, relationship hurdles, and life transitions.

As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, I offer in-person sessions in my Los Feliz office as well as telehealth options for individuals across California.

I hold my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, and Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Approach
My style is relational and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help empower my clients to connect more deeply with themselves in order to achieve their goals. I provide interpretations and observations to challenge deeply engrained patterns of thinking. My practice is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex-positive.
